Do we need to bring our own flashlight to the Flashlight Maze?
You may bring your own flashlight or we have some available for purchase. How should we dress for our day on the farm? Dress like you are going to a farm! Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and sunscreen are our suggestions. How does the fee work to participate in the activities? Each person, ages 3-99 must have an armband to enter through the gate. The armband includes most of our great activities! We have a few optional 'pay to play' items: - Our Shootin' Gallery with Apple Blasters and Paintball guns is a great add-on - Pony rides are a fundraiser -Crossfire! - pummel your family with soft 'nerf-type' balls -Gem Mining - sift dirt for gems! We don't think you will find a better deal for a full day of entertainment. |

Will I have to pay for anything else after purchasing an armband to enter the activity area?
Pumpkins are priced by the pound and you may want to purchase food at the Wagon Wheel Café. From time to time, independent organizations have pony rides as a fundraiser. Our Apple Blaster is available as an optional add-on at 5 shots for $4 and the Paintball Shooting range is 50 shots for $4. We also have added 'Crossfire!' - a 5 minute round is $4. And new in 2023, we added the Cornfusion Gem Mine-sift for gems!
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Visa, MC and Discover are accepted, however the only credit card terminal is in the gift shop. You may want to bring some cash to purchase food or drinks in the activity area without having to walk back to the gift shop to pay for your purchase. There is a 4% convenience fee for card purchases. There is an ATM on site for your convenience as well - it's located near the school house.
Are pets permitted?
Leashed pets are permitted on the farm, however they may not be taken into the maze or allowed on activities. (ADA service dogs permitted, ESA not permitted). Please pick up after your pets and dispose of properly. Don't be the person that ruins this for everyone.
How long does it take to do the maze?
It depends! There is a game involved, so if you want to complete the game, it could take 90-120 mins. There are 'quick exits' located throughout the maze if you wish to exit before finding all of the puzzle pieces.
Can I bring wagons/strollers into the maze?
Yes, but be advised there are several bridges with stairs where you may have to carry the wagon/stroller in order to cross. Crossing the bridges aren't always necessary to complete the maze, but there is a good chance you'll encounter at least one, a good thing to keep in mind if you have difficulty climbing stairs, too.
Are you open if the weather is bad?
Except for severe weather we are open, however some activities may be closed for safety reasons. If any activities are not running we will tell you in advance. Please see our inclement weather policy at the register for more information. Once armbands leave the office they cannot be refunded, so check those weather apps before purchasing!
Are you open on weekdays when the schools are closed?
We wish we could be, but our staff are students themselves or are adults who work full time at their 'real' jobs. Unfortunately, we are only open for daytime activities on weekends.

Who needs to purchase entry to the activity area?
Everyone who wishes to enter through the gate regardless of age, ability, or intention to participate must purchase and be wearing their armband to enter. Armbands must be securely worn around the wrist and attached prior to entering through the gate. Bands are color coded each day-if your armband is not the correct color or shows signs of tampering you may be denied entry. If your child has a sensory issue and cannot wear an armband, please see the attendant for alternatives. Children ages 2 or younger do not need an armband.

Can we take photos at your farm?
If you want to take photos to remember your visit, shoot away. If you would like to schedule a formal photo-shoot with your professional photographer follow the link above. Professional photography sessions require an appointment and possible fee (depending on the requested time).
Is there anything else I should know?
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do not permit smoking, vaping, or e-cigs inside the activity area. Alcohol is NOT permitted on the property. Also, it's common sense but we need to mention vandalism - we spend thousands of dollars each year repairing damaged items. Writing on, bending, tearing, removing parts, using games in a manner not intended, or otherwise intentionally damaging items is expensive for us and makes it difficult to maintain low entry fees. We want you to enjoy your visit, but we will have to escort unruly patrons out of the activity area if not abiding by our policies.
